Is PawPals really free?
Yes — completely. Posting a listing and browsing are always free. We may show non-intrusive ads to support the platform, but there are no fees for users.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to your Profile tab → Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed straight away. If you can't open the app, email us and we'll do it within 7 days — see how.
My listing isn't showing up. Why?
Listings are reviewed briefly before going live to prevent spam. Most listings appear within minutes. If yours hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact us.
Can I post if I'm not in Sri Lanka?
PawPals is designed for Sri Lanka. Listings from outside the country won't be visible to local users and may be removed.
Is it safe to contact strangers?
We recommend meeting in a public place, bringing a friend, and trusting your instincts. Never send money in advance. Use the Report button for suspicious listings.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Tap the Report button (flag icon) on any listing detail page in the app. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
